NELP: First-Ever Poll of Workers Who Make Less Than $15 Shows 72% Support for Unions

Seventy-two percent of underpaid workers approve of labor unions, and 75 percent support a $15 minimum wage and a union—the goals of the Fight for $15 movement that has set a new standard for pay across the nation—according to the first-ever poll of workers paid less than $15 an hour.

Taking the fight to Republican turf!

Ever since the government shutdown ended, there has been a great deal of discussion of the widening advantage held by Democrats in a generic match-up for Congress. Victoria Research & Consutling decided to conduct a poll that focused on some of the Republican-held districts that would have to be in play in order for that takeover to happen. Our findings do not present a slam dunk for either Democrats or Republicans.
